Online Meeting of Iranian and Malaysian Researchers
An online meeting was held on August 20 to discuss the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Iranian Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO) and the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI).
Representatives from AREEO's Soil and Water Research Institute, Soil Conservation and Watershed Management Research Institute, and MARDI's Soil, Water, and Fertilizer Research Center participated in the meeting. Participants discussed project proposals and exchanged contact information. The meeting concluded with the establishment of project timelines, responsibilities, and communication channels.
It is worth noting that in order to facilitate the implementation of other joint research projects between AREEO and MARDI, regular online meetings are scheduled for the next two months among relevant institutions from Iran and Malaysia.
